Service Agreement: Bernardthai.co.,ltd. provides fire suppression system installation services. The company will provide these services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications. The company will use its best efforts to complete the installation work within the agreed-upon timeframe, subject to any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
Fees and Payment: The fees for the fire suppression system installation services will be agreed upon between the company and the customer before the work commences. The customer is responsible for paying the fees in full, according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services if the customer fails to make timely payments.
Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the installation of the fire suppression system, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the company. In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Warranty: The fire suppression system installation work will be warranted for a period of one year from the date of completion. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The company will repair or replace any defective parts or workmanship at no charge to the customer, provided that the customer has paid all fees in full.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the fire suppression system and related materials are the property of the company. The customer agrees not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the company’s intellectual property without the company’s prior written consent.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Thailand.
